By creating a payung99 account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

payung99 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account and participate in any gambling activity. Proof of age may be requested at any time. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) payung99 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of funds held therein.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by payung99 are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits. Bonus terms are published on each individual offer page. Attempting to abuse promotional offers may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
All transactions at payung99 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated in the Banking section. payung99 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals for verified accounts.
Using automated software, bots, or algorithms to interact with payung99 games or betting markets is strictly prohibited. Exploiting software errors or engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and legal referral where applicable.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," "you," or "your") and payung99 ("payung99," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at payung99.club ("Platform").
By accessing, registering on, or using the payung99 Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the payung99 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. All such supplementary rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the payung99 Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.
2.1 Age Restriction. The payung99 Platform is strictly available to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. payung99 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the payung99 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform. payung99 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate for access from any particular location.
2.3 Registration Accuracy. When registering a payung99 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to maintain one (1) active payung99 account. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — regardless of the identity, contact information, or payment method used — is a material breach of these Terms. payung99 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to hold multiple accounts and to retain any funds held therein.
2.5 Non-Transferability. Your payung99 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Allowing a third party to access or operate your account is prohibited.
3.1 KYC Requirements. payung99 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. At any time — and as a condition of processing withdrawals above certain thresholds — payung99 may request that you provide one or more of the following: a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian National Identification Card or passport); proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement); and/or proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds.
3.2 Compliance Obligation. You are required to comply with any verification request within the timeframe specified by payung99. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your account. payung99 shall not be liable for any resulting delays or losses.
3.3 Ongoing Monitoring. payung99 reserves the right to conduct ongoing verification checks at any point during the account's lifetime, including but not limited to situations where unusual transaction patterns or atypical account activity are detected.
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payung99 login credentials. payung99 will never request your password under any circumstances. You must notify payung99 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
4.2 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the devices from which you access your payung99 account are adequately protected against malware, spyware, and unauthorised access. payung99 accepts no liability for losses attributable to compromised account security arising from inadequate device security measures.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. payung99 provides two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional additional security measure. Members are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA via Account Settings. payung99 accepts reduced liability for unauthorised access where 2FA was available but not enabled by the Member.
5.1 Accepted Methods. payung99 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX Online Banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank PBe. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). payung99 does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in an applicable promotional offer. payung99 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
5.3 Third-Party Deposits. Deposits must be funded from payment accounts held in your own name. payung99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds received from a third-party source may be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.
5.4 Deposit Crediting. Deposits made via FPX and bank transfer are credited to your payung99 wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor, typically within 0–5 minutes. e-Wallet deposits are credited instantly. payung99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Members may submit withdrawal requests provided that: (a) their account has been verified to the applicable KYC tier; (b) all active bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied; and (c) the requested withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum threshold.
6.2 Processing Times. payung99 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts. Processing times may vary based on the payment method selected, the volume of concurrent withdrawal requests, and any compliance review requirements. payung99 shall not be liable for delays attributable to payment processors or financial institutions.
6.3 Withdrawal to Deposit Source. As part of our AML obligations, payung99 may require that withdrawals be directed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit. If the original payment method is no longer available, an alternative verified method may be approved following a compliance review.
6.4 Withdrawal Fees. payung99 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard MYR withdrawals to verified accounts. Expedited withdrawal processing (where available) may attract a service fee as disclosed at the time of request.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All promotional offers extended by payung99 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, referral rewards, and any other incentive — are subject to the specific terms published on the applicable promotion page on the payung99 Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of the relevant promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits issued by payung99 are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum convertible amount are stated on each individual promotion page.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. payung99 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: structuring deposits to repeatedly trigger bonus offers, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure, or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional offers.
7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated, Members may hold only one active bonus at a time. Depositing while an active bonus is in play may be credited to the general wallet without a bonus component, depending on the applicable promotion terms.
8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the payung99 Platform is governed by specific rules published within the game interface by the relevant game provider. It is the Member's responsibility to review and understand the rules of each game before placing a wager.
8.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session, payung99 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the staked amount to the Member's wallet. payung99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a game malfunction.
8.3 Disputed Outcomes. All game results generated by payung99's certified game providers are final. In the case of a live dealer game dispute, payung99 may review available video footage and the dealer's decision, or escalate to the provider for resolution. payung99's decision in all dispute matters shall be final and binding.
8.4 Currency. All wagers, winnings, bonuses, and account balances at payung99 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). payung99 does not support multi-currency accounts.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the payung99 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in the conduct described below may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their funds withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
10.1 Commitment. payung99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Members. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, payung99 encourages Members to use the tools described in this section and to seek appropriate assistance.
10.2 Available Tools. All Members have free access to the following responsible gaming tools via their payung99 Account Dashboard: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time limits and duration reminders; cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks); and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, extendable up to permanent exclusion).
10.3 Activating Self-Exclusion. To activate self-exclusion, navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, select your preferred exclusion period, and confirm. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. payung99 will make reasonable efforts to enforce the exclusion across its Platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period has expired.
10.4 Underage Protection. payung99 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21 years of age. Members with minors in their household are encouraged to use third-party parental control software to restrict access to online gambling websites. payung99 will immediately close and not reopen accounts where the Member is found to be underage.
11.1 Ownership. All content on the payung99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, databases, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of payung99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Limited Licence. payung99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any payung99 content without prior written authorisation.
payung99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at payung99.club/privacy-policy. By registering a payung99 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. payung99 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities only where required for service delivery or legal compliance.
13.1 Service Availability. payung99 strives to maintain 99.9% Platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical incidents, or force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. payung99 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.
13.2 Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, payung99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the payung99 Platform.
13.3 Cap on Liability. Where payung99's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, payung99's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
payung99 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, payung99 will provide reasonable advance notice to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the payung99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which payung99 holds its gaming authorisation. For operational matters directly affecting Malaysian residents, payung99 acknowledges the applicability of Malaysian consumer protection principles where consistent with applicable gaming regulatory frameworks.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and payung99, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through payung99's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to arbitration under the rules of an appropriate arbitral body as determined by payung99's regulator.
